CPS #190

I know someone who was really upset yesterday because she was having trouble in school with people being mean to her. :-( So I decided to make her a card! I love this sentiment: "Sending you love, friend!" and I really wanted to use it! I used this week's sketch from Card Positioning Systems (CPS).

Here's a close-up:

In the end, I liked the card, but it was too "old" and not fun enough to give to a teenager to cheer her up. You know what I mean?
So I asked my mother what she thought and she agreed with me, so I ended up giving this ( <--- click it!! It's the second card in the post) card to her instead, which I already had lying around. It used the same sentiment, so I was happy. She seemed really happy to get the card, so now I feel good!

But I still have this card so I decided to share!

Supplies used:

Brown cardstock
Light purple cardstock
Patterned paper ( I got it in a grabbox, so I'm not sure where it's from)
American Crafts Letterbox paper (Sincerely) <--- most useful paper ever!
MSE stamp (from Love Friend set)
Offray ribbon
Uni-ball Signo Broad white gel pen

I hope you enjoyed! Please feel free to check out the rest of my blog!

Have a great weekend :-)
